Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day return window for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Returnable Items
You may return the following items within 30 days of delivery:
- Suits: Unworn, with original tags attached
- Shirts: Unworn, in original packaging
- Shoes: Unworn, in original box
- Accessories: Unused, with tags/packaging intact
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
- Custom-tailored or made-to-measure suits
- Clearance/sale items marked "Final Sale"
- Worn, damaged, or altered items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Underwear, socks, or personal hygiene products
- Gift cards or digital products
2. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:
Required Information:
- Order number
- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization (RMA)
We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days. You must include this RMA number in your return package.
Step 3: Pack and Ship
- Place items in original packaging (if possible)
- Include printed packing slip or order confirmation
- Write RMA number clearly on the package
- Ship to the address provided in your RMA email

Step 4: Ship Your Return
Important:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is defective/incorrect)
- Use a trackable shipping method (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Save your tracking number for reference
- We recommend insuring high-value items
Risk of Loss: You are responsible for return shipment until it reaches our warehouse. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns without tracking.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Inspection
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- Items must meet return eligibility criteria (see above)
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
3.2 Refund Method

3.3 Refund Amount
Full Refund:
- Product price (minus original shipping, unless item is defective)
- Taxes/duties (if applicable)
NOT Refunded:
- Original shipping fee (unless we made an error)
- Return shipping cost
- Insurance or handling fees
3.4 Partial Refunds
A partial refund (50-75% of product price) may be issued if:
- Item shows signs of wear or minor damage
- Tags were removed but item is otherwise unused
- Original packaging is missing (but item is in good condition)
4. Exchanges
4.1 Size/Color Exchanges
If you need a different size or color:
- Initiate a return (see Step 1 above)
- Specify the replacement item in your RMA request
- We will ship the replacement once we receive your return
- Free exchange shipping for size/color swaps (one-time courtesy)
4.2 Defective/Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong item:
- Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery)
- Provide photos of the defect or incorrect item
- We will send a replacement at no cost (free shipping both ways)
- You do NOT need to return the defective item unless requested
Defects Covered:
- Manufacturing defects (stitching, zippers, buttons)
- Material defects (tears, stains)
- Incorrect size/color sent
- Missing items from order
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account: Processing times vary by bank (allow 5-10 business days)
- Check PayPal account: Refunds may appear as "Pending"
- Contact your bank: Ask about incoming refund transactions
- Contact us: support@modsuit.store with order number and return tracking
6. International Returns
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- Return Shipping: Customer pays international return shipping
- Customs Duties: Duties/taxes paid on original order are NOT refundable
- Customs Forms: Mark package as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid double taxation
- Processing Time: Allow 10-15 business days for international returns
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do NOT refuse the package (accept delivery)
- Document damage: Take photos of packaging and product
- Contact us within 48 hours: support@modsuit.store
- File carrier claim: We will assist with UPS/USPS/FedEx claims
- Replacement: We will send a replacement at no cost once claim is resolved
8. Restocking Fee
We do NOT charge restocking fees for standard returns. However:
- Custom Orders: 25% restocking fee (if return is allowed)
- Bulk Orders (10+ items): 15% restocking fee

Instead of a refund, you may opt for store credit with benefits:

10. Warranty
ModSuit products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects:
- Covered: Stitching defects, zipper failures, button loss
- Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, improper care, alterations
- Remedy: Free repair or replacement at our discretion
